Talented Bro in Law

So my sister asked for pictures tonight of a project I asked her husband to do for me a while ago.  He cut out some letters for me to display in my home.  They are perfect, and I love them.  so I just thought i'd add a short post about it.  He is quite the handy man with many talents.  I hope he doesn't mind me saying, but if you have something you want made, he's the one to call!!!  I have a few other projects in the works, I'll have to display once they are complete.  But for now here is a picture of the letters. 

Thanks Jeff for cutting these out for me.  I love them!!!  I have them displayed above the doorway into my kitchen. 

The making of the Gingerbread house

 I thought we made a mess when making a cake...this was so much worse!!!

 We had no clue what we were doing...first time for both of us.  Scott found some rock candy gum that we stuck to the side of the house and sprayed with my airbrush (they started out yellow, which in some pictures you can tell)

 Scott's beautiful angry bird set up, if you look closely, the top pig with the santa hat that is on his side has a black eye :)

I think this was my favorite part of the house, i thought it turned out looking pretty good!!

Gingerbread House

Well, here it is, our Gingerbread house.  Britt and My Mom talked us into entering a gingerbread house making competition...i guess we can't be awesome at everything.  we didn't win.  but we had a lot of fun making it.

 we found angry birds gummies, so we just had to encorporate them.  We had a snowman shooting the birds at scott's finely built angry bird set up

like i said, we had a lot of fun making this.  for both of us this was our first gingerbread house....and for both of us we have decided this is our last.
